3. PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THE SHOP (tangible goods)
You may only purchase items from the lovefromanna online shop using credits.

Firstly browse the online shop and select items you wish to purchase by clicking "Buy" this will then add that item to your basket. you can remove any item at any time from your basket by clicking the "Delete" button. To amend an item quantity simply re-enter the quantity and click the "Update" button, changes will be shown in real time. All of your selected items will be held in your basket until such time you actually choose to order them. You are not committed to buying any of your selected items until you click "Order Now". Items in your basket will be recorded in our database which allows you to logout without fear of losing your selections.

NOTE - Delaying "Order Now" Many items in the shop have an available stock of 1, if you add items to your basket but do not click "Order Now" soon after, you may find the item will be bought by someone else. Items do not come of our stock list until they are confirmed by selecting "Order Now". You will not be charged for items that are no longer available, instead the item will simply be marked no longer available.

Once you click "Order Now" you will be directed to the "Information and Delivery Address" page, please ensure your information and delivery address are correct. We will not be held responsible for inacurate or miss typed information and or delivery address. The following page shows you a full description of what you are buying, the total cost and delivery address. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DETAILS to ensure they are correct. Click "Apply Order" when you are ready. To modify your information and or delivery address simply click "Modify" to remove an item or add further items to your order click the "see your basket" link in the lower left of the shop page. 4. LEAD TIMES, POSTAGE AND PACKING
Please allow 7 - 10 days from the date you confirmed your order ("Apply Order") to receiving  items purchased from the online shop. If after 10 days you have not received your order please contact us via our online Contact/Help Form.

All prices quoted for items in the online shop are fully inclusive of postage and packing via UK mail (worldwide). Items are sent in plain packaging with no reference to its contents.

Please don't try to hack our site, all unusual ways to access our pages will be registered, you must only use the usual links from our pages. We consider Credit Card fraud to be serious crime.

6. GOOD CONDUCT
